Facial gymnastics serves the same purpose as body gymnastics: to exercise the muscles. And, in case you are wondering what muscles those are, I will tell you that there are more than fifty in the face.

Marta García maintains that facial gymnastics is better to do in front of a mirror, “to see the symmetry of the movements in the two parts of the face”. However, another expert in the field -and a pioneer in facial gymnastics in Spain- called María Garrigues Walker, prefers without. "That way, you feel the exercise and can focus on it, without looking for support from anything external."
1. Young look: Raise your eyebrows to the maximum. Place three fingers between the temples and the corner of the eyes, pressing without stretching or displacing the skin. Try to bring the two eyelids together. Count five seconds. Open your eyes slowly. Repeat five times.
2. Lips with more volume: Insert your thumbs under the upper lip, between the mucosa and the gum. The nails have to look towards the gum, but they should not rest on it. Press the upper lip against the thumbs and the thumbs against the lips gently. Perform ten pressures.
3. No Double Chin: Close your hand and place it under your lower jaw, pressing your fist up. Try to open your mouth forcefully, but without aggressiveness and without releasing the pressure of your fist. Hold the pressure for seven seconds. Repeat three times.

6. Invisible frown: Rest your fingertips on your eyebrows and move them up and down fifteen times without removing your fingers from the area. You can progressively increase up to fifty times.
7. Young neck: Pronounce the letter X ten times exaggeratedly every night, after applying the serum and cream, contracting the muscles as much as possible.
8. Out bags! Rest your fingers on your temples and squeeze your eyelids shut for ten seconds. Repeat five times on the right and five times on the left. To finish, close your eyes and try to relax your features as much as possible.
