Spots on the face are often an uncomfortable mark for many women. But despite the fact that there are many creams and treatments that promise to remove them, sometimes it is best to start with some home remedies to lighten the skin, and avoid using invasive or abrasive procedures. And a practical and cheap way to do it is baking soda masks.
This ingredient is essential in the home as it has properties that help us in cooking, cleaning and beauty. However, since it is a component capable of removing stains from floors and bathrooms, special care must be taken when applying it to the face.
The most important thing to note is that it is not suitable for sensitive skin, but you can use it for people with mixed or very oily skin, and it will also help you control shine and eliminate acne.
And if you really want to get rid of spots left by acne, sun or age, here are some recipes to restore your skin's natural tone.
1. For acne marks
You only need to mix two tablespoons of baking soda and a few drops of lemon, in half a glass of mineral water. Then apply this bubbly emulsion to your face, avoiding the eyes and mouth, and leave it on for ten minutes, then rinse thoroughly with cold water.
Use this remedy only once a week, and avoid combining it with products that contain salicylic acid, vitamin C, or chemical exfoliants.

2. for deep stains
If you have had marks on your face for a long time, a combination of apple cider vinegar, baking soda, honey and lemon will help you get rid of them. Like the previous mask, it should only be left on for 10 minutes, and avoid rubbing your skin with the towel or your hands for at least 30 minutes after removing it.
Should only be used two to three times a month, at night, depending on how sensitive your skin is.
