En un comunicado tras el Consell Executiu, el Govern ha explicado que la modificación de la normativa "permite al Departamento de Salud comunicar a la dirección de centros educativos los datos de vacunación Covid del alumnado, personal docente, personal de administración y servicio, personal de atención educativa y demás personal externo que está en contacto con alumnos".

"Es necesario continuar con la comunicación de casos que preveía el anterior decreto, si bien hace falta ampliar la comunicación de datos con las de la vacunación", ha razonado el Govern para explicar el cambio en el Decreto ley de medidas extraordinarias de carácter social en centros educativos, aprobado en noviembre de 2020.

16.45. El Supremo avala exigir el pasaporte covid para acceder a los bares en Galicia

El Tribunal Supremo ha autorizado la obligación de exhibir el pasaporte covid en establecimientos de ocio y restauración de Galicia, una medida acordada por la Xunta el pasado mes de agosto, pero que no fue avalada por el Tribunal Superior de Justicia de la comunidad.

La Sección cuarta de lo Contencioso del alto tribunal ha estimado ahora el recurso del Gobierno de Alberto Núñez Feijó contra dicho auto del tribunal autonómico, que rechazó esta obligación, al considerar que la medida es idónea, necesaria y proporcionada.

Los magistrados estiman que "el beneficio", "respecto de la reducción significativa de los contagios, es muy superior al sacrificio que comporta la exigencia de presentar la documentación para el acceso al local", y no atisban otra "que resulte más adecuada para salvaguardar la vida y la salud de los ciudadanos, en ese tipo de locales".

16.17. Madrid pondrá la 2ª dosis a los menores de 65 que pasaron el coronavirus y vayan a viajar

La Comunidad de Madrid vacunará con una segunda dosis a las personas menores de 65 años que hayan pasado la infección por coronavirus si lo necesitan para entrar en un país que así lo exija, sin tener que esperar un mes desde que se contrajo la enfermedad y "siempre que estén recuperados de la infección".

Los interesados podrán acudir sin cita previa al WiZink Center, al hospital Isabel Zendal y al Colegio Oficial de Médicos de Madrid, y deberán aportar de manera adicional documentación acreditativa sobre el viaje previsto, indica la Consejería de Sanidad en un comunicado.

Esta posibilidad se ofrece en caso de viajes internacionales por trabajo, formación, cooperación internacional o causa justificada, siempre y cuando que estas personas "estén recuperadas de la infección".

16.08. Las mujeres que están planificando ser madres deben vacunarse contra el coronavirus antes del embarazo

Las mujeres que están planificando tener un hijo deberían vacunarse contra el coronavirus antes del embarazo y no es necesario esperar entre la vacunación y la concepción.

Así se constata en una verificación realizada en el marco del proyecto #VacúnaTE que Maldita.es y la agencia de noticias Servimedia desarrollan contra la desinformación sobre las vacunas de la Covid-19 con el apoyo de Google Digital News Initiative.

Esta verificación se ha llevado a cabo a raíz de las dudas suscitadas en torno a si aquellas mujeres que planean quedarse embarazadas también deberían vacunarse y cuándo, teniendo en cuenta que la estrategia de vacunación establece que las mujeres embarazadas y las madres lactantes deben vacunarse contra la Covid-19 y la Comisión de Salud Pública acordó el pasado 3 de agosto que se debe priorizar su vacunación por su mayor riesgo frente a la infección.

16.00. Francia aplica este miércoles la obligación de la vacuna del coronavirus para los sanitarios

El personal sanitario y otros colectivos profesionales en contacto con personas vulnerables, como los mayores, deben estar vacunados del coronavirus a partir de mañana en Francia para poder seguir trabajando, bajo la amenaza de que se les suspenda el empleo y el sueldo.

Esta obligación, anunciada el 12 de julio por el presidente, Emmanuel Macron, y adoptada por una ley aprobada de urgencia a comienzos de agosto, ha acelerado en este tiempo el ritmo de vacunación entre esos colectivos en las últimas semanas, pero sigue planteando retos por los problemas de personal que puede suponer en ciertos centros.

La ley estipula que desde el 15 de septiembre deben demostrar que han recibido al menos una primera dosis, y tener la pauta completa para el 15 de octubre.

15.34 El Congreso aumenta el aforo de prensa y estudia incrementar el de diputados

El Congreso ha aprobado aumentar de dos a tres el número de periodistas de los medios acreditados y estudia incrementar el de diputados, aunque un informe de los servicios de la Cámara es partidario de mantener la presencialidad al 50 % y que en las votaciones puedan ir la totalidad de los 350 representantes.

Según este informe al que ha tenido acceso Efe, dada la duración y la dificultad para garantizar en el hemiciclo la distancia interpersonal de seguridad, recomienda en este momento de la pandemia de covid seguir con el aforo de la mitad de los diputados.

14.50 Los mayores contagiados en residencias andaluzas son 240, 30 de ellos ingresados, y los trabajadores, 75

La Consejería de Salud y Familias ha presentado al Consejo de Gobierno el informe sobre el estado de los centros sociosanitarios en Andalucía ante el coronavirus, en el que se recoge que los mayores que viven en residencias que están contagiados son un total de 240, 30 de los cuales están ingresados, mientras que hay 75 casos confirmados de trabajadores con Covid.

En la actualidad, se mantienen en seguimiento proactivo 1.107 centros en toda Andalucía de los que 37 presentan algún caso positivo en usuarios, lo que supone el 3,4% del total (el 96,6% está libre de Covid-19 en residentes). Por su parte, 20 centros contabilizan casos únicamente en trabajadores.

14.26 Dos alumnas de Cáceres recibirán clase solas al negarse a usar la mascarilla

Dos hermanas, alumnas del colegio público Alba Plata de Cáceres, cuya familia se niega a que usen mascarilla, recibirán la atención educativa en un espacio del centro sin más estudiantes para no "comprometer" la seguridad de sus compañeros, según ha decidido la Consejería de Educación.

Así ha informado a EFE este martes la Junta de Extremadura, que ha asegurado que la Inspección Educativa ha puesto ya también este caso en conocimiento de la Dirección General de Salud Pública.

13.46 Galicia alcanza el 80% de población con pauta completa tras una jornada con casi 30.000 vacunas administradas

Galicia ha superado el 80% de población vacunada con la pauta completa contra la covid-19, después de que en la jornada de este lunes -primer día de vacunación en campus universitarios- se administrasen 29.711 dosis, la gran mayoría (27.812) destinada a concluir la inmunización.

Así, según el balance de la Consellería de Sanidade publicado en la mañana de este martes con datos hasta el fin de la jornada de vacunación del lunes, se han administrado hasta el momento 4.260.096 inyecciones. Son el 97,88% de las 4.352.189 dosis recibidas hasta el momento por la Comunidad -15.210 llegadas en las últimas horas-.

13.09 Aragón elimina las restricciones horarias en hostelería y el ocio nocturno

La consejera de Sanidad del Gobierno aragonés, Sira Repollés, ha anunciado este martes el levantamiento de algunas restricciones motivadas por el coronavirus, tales como que se eliminan las restricciones horarias en hostelería y que el ocio nocturno podrá abrir hasta las cuatro de la madrugada. 13.00 Cataluña empieza el curso con cinco grupos escolares confinados y ningún centro cerrado

Las escuelas catalanas han empezado el curso escolar 2021-2022 con cinco grupos estables confinados -un 0,01% del total- y ningún centro cerrado por brotes de coronavirus.

Así lo ha informado este martes la Conselleria de Educación de la Generalitat en una actualización de datos a partir del vaciado que cada centro introduce en la aplicación 'Traçacovid', un día después de que se iniciara el curso.

12.38 El 81% de la población diana de Canarias ya tiene la pauta completa de vacunación contra la COVID-19

El 81,01 por ciento de la población mayor de 12 años de Canarias ya ha recibido la pauta completa de vacunación contra la COVID-19, lo que supone un total de 1.588.394 personas, según ha informado la Consejería de Sanidad del Gobierno canario.

Con al menos una dosis de la vacuna se encuentra el 83,96 por ciento de la población diana, es decir 1.646.217 personas. Los equipos de Enfermería del Servicio Canario de la Salud (SCS) han administrado 3.068.312 dosis de vacunas hasta ayer.

12.13 Los hosteleros de Madrid consideran insuficiente la relajación de las restricciones

Los hosteleros madrileños consideran insuficiente la libertad horaria en el ocio a partir del día 20 anunciada el lunes por la Comunidad de Madrid, y piden que haya también ampliación de aforos como forma de recuperar el sector tras los efectos de la pandemia.

En una nota remitida este martes, Hostelería Madrid dice que la medida anunciada por la Comunidad de Madrid debe ir "acompañada de una ampliación de aforo en los locales, sobre todo en aquellos establecimientos que no disponen de terraza y que sufren una situación más dura sin poder usar la barra y solo con el 50 % de aforo interior".

11.42 La incidencia andaluza baja a 98 tras 21 fallecidos y 577 nuevos contagios

La tasa de incidencia del covid-19 sigue bajando en Andalucía y se sitúa este martes en 98,6 casos por cada cien mil habitantes en los últimos catorce días (3,6 puntos menos que ayer), mientras que en el último día se han diagnosticado 577 nuevos casos y ha habido 21 muertos.

El descenso de la incidencia sitúa a la comunidad en riesgo medio, el tercer nivel de los cinco que existen, y la mejoría de los datos también afecta a la ocupación de camas hospitalarias, que sigue bajando y se sitúa en el 3,57 %, más de un punto menos que hace una semana; y del 8,17 % las UCI, un punto y medio menos que hace siete días.

11:29 Putin, obligado a guardar cuarentena por contagios de Coronavirus en su entorno

El presidente de Rusia, Vladímir Putin, se verá obligado a autoaislarse tras la detección de casos de coronavirus en su entorno, anunció hoy el Kremlin.

Según la Presidencia rusa, Putin informó de ello a su homólogo tayiko, Emomali Rajmón, durante una conversación telefónica.

Debido a la cuarentena que debe guardar, el presidente ruso participará por videoconferencia en las cumbres de líderes de la Organización del Tratado de Seguridad (OTSC) y de la Organización de Cooperación de Shanghái (OCS) que se celebrarán a finales de semana en Dusambe.

Este lunes el presidente ruso comentó durante una reunión sostenida en el Kremlin con atletas paralímpicos rusos que en su entorno se habían detectado varios casos de contagio de covid-19.

"Es necesario comprender qué es lo que está pasado realmente con esto. Pienso que tendré que autoaislarme próximamente, tenemos muchos enfermos", adelantó.

El mandatario ruso, quien se vacunó con el fármaco ruso Sputnik V en febrero pasado, evitó durante más de un año participar en todo tipo de evento público presencial y ha preferido celebrar reuniones telemáticas con representantes del Gobierno y las instituciones rusas.

11:10 Cataluña diagnostica 530 nuevos casos al día y sufre aún once muertos diarios

La mejoría de los datos epidémicos, que en los últimos días se frena y crece ligeramente la velocidad de propagación, mantiene a Cataluña en un riesgo moderado de rebrote, con una media de 530 nuevos casos diagnosticados diarios durante la última semana y once fallecidos por covid cada día todavía.

Según los datos de incidencia actualizados este martes por el Departamento de Salud, hoy hay 717 pacientes hospitalizados por covid, 21 menos que ayer, de los que 260 están en la UCI, seis menos que la víspera, 175 de ellos intubados y 24 conectados a ECMO (oxigenación extracorpórea), una cifra de críticos que no se daba desde el 15 de julio.

El número de fallecidos desde el inicio de la epidemia asciende a 23.765, con 36 muertos notificados en las últimas 24 horas, algunos correspondientes a días anteriores que aún no habían sido comunicados.

En los últimos siete días ha habido 78 defunciones por covid, una media de 11 óbitos diarios por la enfermedad, un número que desciende muy poco a poco, pero que son un 30 % menos que hace quince días.

Varios estudios internacionales sostienen que los pacientes que se infectaron de la Covid-19 y posteriormente recibieron al menos una dosis de la vacuna. lo que se denomina "inmunidad híbrida", pueden presentar una resistencia mayor y más duradera ante el virus que la que asegura una pauta de vacunación completa.

A ellos se ha referido el adjunto del Servicio de Urgencias del Hospital Ramón y Cajal y vicepresidente de lade Medicina de Urgencias de Madrid, César Carballo, durante su participación en el quinto programa #Vacúnate, que Servimedia y Maldita.es realizan contra la desinformación sobre las vacunas de la Covid-19 con el apoyo de Google Digital News Initiative.

"Se ha demostrado que la inmunidad híbrida, que es haber pasado la enfermedad y haber recibido por lo menos una dosis de vacuna, es la mejor que hay, dicen los expertos. Es la que más protege contra posibles infecciones", aseguró el urgenciólogo.

El experto ha corroborado lo que concluyen esas líneas de investigación con su propia experiencia. "En el hospital hemos visto más gente vacunada que habiendo adquirido la enfermedad y habiéndose reinfectado. Nuestra inmunidad natural cuando pasa la enfermedad debe de ser excelente porque no vemos casi a gente reinfectada", aseguró, aunque matizó que sí ocurre con la variante Delta.

Por ello, llamó a la tranquilidad a aquellas personas que han pasado la Covid-19 y posteriormente se han puesto al menos una dosis. "Haber pasado la enfermedad y haberse puesto una dosis es lo mejor", zanjó Carballo, que recomendó que, "de momento" las personas que hayan pasado el coronavirus deben recibir "sólo una dosis" de la vacuna.

La vicealcaldesa de Madrid, Begoña Villacís, confía en que la "libertad horaria" de la que disfrutará la hostelería de la Comunidad de Madrid a partir del próximo 20 de septiembre "va a ser una medida positiva" para el sector y contribuirá a que "se reduzca el botellón".

Así se ha manifestado este martes la vicealcaldesa en una entrevista en Onda Madrid, en referencia al anuncio que hizo ayer la presidenta de la Comunidad de Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, de que el próximo 20 de septiembre la hostelería y el ocio nocturno contarán con "libertad horaria", al igual que dejará de haber restricciones en los cines y teatros.

Villacís ha valorado positivamente esta medida, aunque ha subrayado que lo más importante para reducir el botellón es "la responsabilidad individual".

10:30 Aragón notifica 124 nuevos casos de COVID-19

La Dirección General de Salud Pública del Gobierno de Aragón ha notificado 124 nuevos casos de COVID-19, ningún fallecido y 338 altas epidemiológicas, datos correspondientes a este lunes, 13 de septiembre de 2021.

Por provincias, se han contabilizado 77 nuevos casos y 221 recuperados en Zaragoza; 23 y 73, respectivamente, en Huesca, y 23 y 41, en Teruel.

Por zonas básicas de salud, destaca Épila (Zaragoza) con 9 casos confirmados; Monreal del Campo, en Teruel, con 6 casos, los mismos que Delicias Sur (Zaragoza); Teruel Centro, con 5 positivos, al igual que Las Fuentes Norte (en Zaragoza); Tarazona (Zaragoza), y Broto y Fraga (Huesca), por su parte, han registrado 4 nuevos casos.

9:51 Reino Unido planea una dosis de refuerzo de cara al invierno

El Gobierno británico planea ofrecer una dosis de refuerzo para los mayores de 50 años, como parte de un programa nacional destinado a evitar la propagación de la covid-19 este invierno, adelantan este martes los medios.

El primer ministro británico, Boris Johnson, dará a conocer detalles de las medidas anti-covid para los próximos meses en una rueda de prensa que ofrecerá sobre las 15.00 GMT.

El Gobierno ha elaborado estos planes tras recibir el asesoramiento de un grupo de expertos independientes.

Según la BBC, el programa de refuerzo consistirá en una dosis de la vacuna Pfizer, que en principio se ofrecerá seis meses después de que una persona haya recibido la pauta completa de vacunación.

El Servicio Nacional de Salud (NHS, en inglés) lleva desde el mes de julio preparando este plan de vacunación, destinado a controlar la propagación del coronavirus y aliviar la presión en la sanidad pública en los difíciles meses de invierno.

Los primeros en recibir la vacuna de refuerzo, según los medios, serán los mayores de 70 años y las personas más vulnerables ante el coronavirus, antes de ampliarse a los mayores de 50 años.

9:30 Castilla y León reabre el ocio nocturno y las barras de los bares

Desde esta medianoche Castilla y León ha recuperado las barras de los bares y el consumo de pie, así como el interior del ocio nocturno, restringidos desde el 20 de julio pasado, y tampoco rige el límite en el horario del cierre de la hostelería que estaba en las 1.30 horas.

La buena evolución de covid en Castilla y León, que ayer anotó una incidencia acumulada por 100.000 habitantes a dos semanas inferior a cien, ha llevado a esa desescalada ya la eliminación de las medias extras puestas en marcha para frenar la quinta ola de la covid.

La Comunidad está ahora en el nivel 1 de alerta, el menor antes del de vuelta a la normalidad, con "riesgo muy bajo o brotes complejos o transmisión comunitaria limitada".

Desde hoy el consumo en restauración y hostelería podrá realizarse en barra o de pie, con un aforo del 75 por ciento, y una ocupación máxima de 25 personas por mesa.

No habrá límite de aforos en las terrazas, y en el ocio nocturno, se reabre el interior de discotecas y salas de fiestas con un aforo máximo del 50 por ciento, y en el resto de establecimientos nocturnos, como pubs y karaokes al 75 por ciento.

En el ocio nocturno se permiten además los cócteles y similares manteniendo las distancias de seguridad y medidas de higiene.

El Ministerio de Sanidad ha solicitado a Pfizer que retrase el envío de lotes de vacunas previsto para esta semana hasta el día 20 de septiembre. Actualmente, las distintas comunidades autónomas cuentan con más de 7 millones de dosis en stock y, por el momento, no es necesario la llegada de nuevas dosis de forma inminente.

8:25 Arranca la vacunación sin cita previa en los campus universitarios de Madrid

La Comunidad de Madrid arranca mañana la vacunación frente al Covid-19 sin cita previa en campus universitarios de la región, que comienza en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid (UCM).

Según ha explicado el Ejecutivo regional en un comunicado, del martes al jueves se inmunizará en la UCM en los campus de Ciudad Universitaria (Polideportivo de La Almudena) y Somosaguas de 11 a 17 horas.

Además, desde el miércoles y hasta el viernes se instalará otro equipo móvil en el Campus de Cantoblanco de la Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (Sala polivalente, en la Plaza Mayor de la UAM), que tendrá el mismo horario.

Estos tres operativos de vacunación contra el Covid-19, organizados en colaboración con Cruz Roja, volverán a instalarse en los mismos puntos a los 22 días, con el fin de facilitar que las personas que reciban la primera dosis de Pfizer esta semana puedan completar en plazo su pauta en el mismo lugar.

Esta medida responde a la reorganización de la red de puntos de vacunación frente al Covid que la Consejería de Sanidad ha planificado a partir de esta semana con el fin de superar el 90% de la pauta completa en todas las franjas de edad de su población diana (de 12 años en adelante).

Así, se mantendrán 13 puntos estables y se incorporarán 18 equipos móviles de Cruz Roja que se distribuirán por campus universitarios públicos y privados de la región hasta finales del mes de septiembre.

Las autoridades australianas extendieron este martes el confinamiento de su capital, Camberra, hasta el 15 de octubre para frenar la transmisión de la covid-19, mientras mantienen las órdenes de permanecer en casa en Sídney y Melbourne, donde reside casi la mitad de la población del país.

"Aún estamos registrando casos en los que la fuente de transmisión son desconocidos", dijo el jefe de gobierno del Territorio de la Capital Australiana, Andrew Barr, en una rueda de prensa al justificar la medida.

La extensión del confinamiento, que comenzó a mediados de agosto sobre sus 425.000 habitantes, se da cuando esta jurisdicción registró hoy 22 nuevas infecciones y mientras esta semana espera alcanzar el 50 % de vacunación entre la población mayor de 12 años.

7:12 China confina una ciudad de cinco millones de personas tras detectar 60 positivos en un día

Las autoridades chinas han decidido confinar a los residentes de Xiamen, ciudad de 5 millones de habitantes y una de las más pobladas de la provincia suroriental de Fujian, donde un reciente rebrote del coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 sumó 60 nuevos positivos este lunes.

La Comisión Nacional de Sanidad de China informó hoy de que, de los 60 nuevos contagios locales diagnosticados este lunes (59 confirmados y un asintomático), 32 se localizaron en Xiamen, y análisis preliminares citados por la prensa local apuntaron a la presencia de la más virulenta variante Delta.

El diario local The Paper avisó de la entrada en vigor, desde la pasada medianoche local (16:00, hora GMT), de la suspensión de los servicios de autobuses de larga distancia, como parte de una serie de medidas que incluyen la vuelta a las clases por internet para los estudiantes desde la guardería a la universidad y el cierre de todos los lugares de recreo.

La prensa local también indicó que todos los complejos residenciales de Xiamen permanecerán en "circuito cerrado", lo que impide a los residentes abandonarlos, y solo se dejará acceder al aeropuerto de la ciudad a aquellos viajeros que presenten un resultado negativo de análisis de ácido nucleico realizado como máximo 48 horas antes, informa la agencia EFE.

7.00 Una vacunación general de refuerzo no es necesaria ahora, según un estudio

La administración de una dosis de refuerzo a toda la población no es algo "apropiado" en este momento de la pandemia debido a la alta eficacia de las actuales vacunas para prevenir la covid grave, incluida la variante delta, según un estudio internacional publicado este lunes en la revista "The Lancet".

La investigación, realizada por un equipo internacional en el que han participado científicos de la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) y de otras instituciones, examina los datos de todas las pruebas clínicas y estudios observacionales publicados.

A partir de su análisis, los expertos constatan que las vacunas existentes "siguen siendo altamente efectivas contra la enfermedad grave", incluso la producida por las variantes de más riesgo.

Según un promedio de los resultados obtenidos en estudios observacionales, la vacunación actual muestra una eficacia del 95 % contra la enfermedad grave, tanto por la variante delta como por la alfa, y de un 80 % contra el contagio por cualquiera de ellas.

En todos los tipos de vacunas y variantes, la protección es más elevada frente a la enfermedad grave que ante la leve, apuntan los científicos.

Los autores agregan que, si bien se sabe que las vacunas son algo menos efectivas contra la covid asintomática y la transmisión, en las poblaciones con alto índice de inoculaciones es la minoría de no vacunados el principal vector de contagios, así como el grupo con mayor riesgo de padecer una covid grave.
