The economic transaction would be between 7.000 million and 8.000 million pesos, in addition, the Foscal would assume the debts of the Santa Cruz Clinic that amounts to about $ 5.000 million.
In this way, about 200 jobs generated by the Santa Cruz de la Loma Clinic would be saved.
