The general opinion about anti blackhead patches is usually quite divided. On the one hand there are people who claim that it is an overly aggressive technique that is capable of dragging even facial hair, while on the other there are those who claim that by not removing them, the patches do not take away their fear. On many occasions the lack of effectiveness of these bands is not so much in their form or formula, as in the method that we follow to apply them.

First you have to take into account the most important thing, what is a blackhead? When grease and dirt can accumulate in the pores, plugging them. The part of this plug that is exposed oxidizes and darkens and is what we call a black spot. That is, by not cleaning the skin well on a daily basis and not exfoliating it at least twice a week, dirt, dead cells and the sebum itself that the skin secretes clog the pore. These types of skin lesions are called comedones, which, when they are blocked or closed, are blackheads, while when they are open, they are pimples.

How do we get rid of them?

Now that we know what blackheads are and we have delimited their natural habitat on our nose, between the eyebrows, the contour of the eyebrows, cheeks and even the chin; one thing should be assimilated: they are already here and now you can only get rid of them. And in reality, the best thing you can do is prevent your pores from becoming clogged in the future or at least your pores are more closed and less dirt accumulates in them.

But let's focus on the present, we have blackheads on our nose, in part because it is the most prominent area of our face and the most exposed to external aggressions, not to mention the grease generated by the fact of wearing glasses. To unclog them, the patches seek to absorb fat and clean the pore, in addition to closing it to prevent infections.

But to get the anti blackhead patches to work in all their splendor, you have to prepare the skin. The secret is not only moistening it before applying the patch as indicated in its instructions, the skin must be clean and for this, in addition to removing traces of makeup and dirt, nothing like the steam from the shower to open the pore, soften the points black and that the properties of the patches penetrate more easily.

Something as simple as applying the anti-blackhead strip right after you get out of the shower, when the skin is still juicy and moistening the area where you are going to apply it, can give your nose radically different results. It is important that the water with which you moisten the area is hot to further encourage the blackheads to soften.

Then, for its formula to penetrate properly and absorb all the dirt, you must wait at least 10 minutes or until the band is dry and completely attached to the nose. Starting from the ends, lift it up and remove it little by little so as not to cause any injury.
