Despite the California government having issued strict rules on wearing a mask, actor Bruce Willis was caught shopping inside a Los Angeles pharmacy without wearing a face mask.
According to Page Six and The New Yorker, the Die Hard actor was asked to leave the site, because the people inside were upset because he did not respect sanitary measures and also he did not respond to the call to put on the attachment that It was done in the store.
Indoor masks are currently required in California, while people can choose not to wear them outside as long as they are at least six feet away from others.
The mishap occurred after the death toll in California passed 30,000 and Los Angeles became one of the cities hardest hit by the coronavirus. The city has reported 211 deaths per day on average.
According to various media reports, 10 people test positive every minute and the situation has worsened to the point that some residents have been advised to wear face masks even inside their homes.
Willis, 65, had spent the early part of the pandemic in quarantine in Idaho with his ex-wife, Demi Moore, and their children. Since then, the entire family has returned to Los Angeles to be with Willis's current wife, Emma Heming, and their youngest children.
