How to Download City Intimation Slip
- Open the official website of the Railway Recruitment Board you applied to (all regional RRBs are listed at rrb.indianrailways.gov.in).
- On the homepage, look for the link “CEN 01/2025 – ALP: City Intimation / Exam City and Date for CBAT” and click it.
- You will reach the candidate login page. Enter your Registration Number and Date of Birth exactly as given in the application form.
- Submit the login details. Your CBAT exam city, exam date and shift details will appear on the screen.
- Check every detail carefully — exam city, date, reporting time and your personal details.
- Download the city intimation slip and take a printout. The printout helps you plan travel and stay before the exam.
- SC / ST candidates should also download the Travel Authority, which is made available along with the city and date link.
- Keep your login credentials safe — the e-call letter (admit card) will be issued through the same login about 4 days before your exam date.

Documents Required at CBAT

- The same original photo identity document whose details were given in the application form (Aadhaar card, PAN card, Voter ID, Driving Licence or Passport)
- Original Vision Certificate in the prescribed format (Annexure VIA of CEN 01/2025) — mandatory for ALP candidates
- E-call letter (admit card), issued about 4 days before the exam date
- One passport-size colour photograph, as a backup

About the RRB ALP CBAT
The Computer Based Aptitude Test is the third stage of the RRB ALP selection process, after CBT-I and CBT-II. It is conducted only for candidates shortlisted on the basis of CBT-II. The test batteries measure abilities such as memory, following directions, concentration, perceptual speed and information ordering. Each battery must be cleared separately — a candidate must qualify in every battery of the aptitude test to stay in the merit list.
