SSC GD Constable Result 2026 Declared
The wait of lakhs of aspirants is over! The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) declared the SSC GD Constable Result 2026 on 12 October 2026. This is the result of the Computer Based Exam conducted for 25,487 posts of Constable (GD) in CAPFs, SSF, Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles and Sepoy in NCB.
The CBT exam was held from 27 April to 30 May 2026, in which 21,56,776 candidates appeared. Of these, 1,97,408 candidates have been shortlisted for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST).

Minimum Qualifying Marks
The following minimum percentage was required in the CBT for the merit list:

Please note — scoring the minimum marks alone was not enough; the actual cut-off was decided category, state and force-wise based on vacancies and performance, and is given in the result write-up.
How to Check the Result
- Visit SSC’s official website ssc.gov.in.
- Click the “Results” tab in the top menu.
- Select the “Constable-GD” tab.
- Click the link in the “Result” column against your category (Male/Female).
- The merit list PDF will open — press Ctrl+F and search your roll number or name.
- If you find your roll number, download the PDF and keep it safe.
SSC will soon activate the individual scorecard link as well, where both qualified and non-qualified candidates can view their normalized marks.
Next Stage: PET/PST
Candidates shortlisted in the CBT will now appear for the Physical Efficiency Test and Physical Standard Test, expected in November 2026. This will be followed by the Detailed Medical Examination and Document Verification.
