CGSSB Group 2 Recruitment 2026

The Chhattisgarh Staff Selection Board (CGSSB), Raipur, has released the Group 2 Sub Group 2 recruitment notification (Advt No. SSB/Pariksha F-20/2026/4413, dated 05 November 2026) for 1,703 posts across 10 roles, including Assistant Grade-3, Assistant Sub-Inspector, Stenographer, Data Entry Operator and Registration Clerk. In addition, each post carries a shorthand or typing requirement that must be met: Stenographer (Hindi), Stenographer (English) and Stenographer (Bilingual) require shorthand at 100 words per minute and typing at 10,000 key depressions per hour; Steno Typist requires Hindi shorthand at 60 words per minute and typing at 5,000 key depressions per hour; Data Entry Operator requires typing at 8,000 key depressions per hour; and Assistant Grade-3, Registration Clerk, Assistant Sub-Inspector-A (General Branch), Sub-Inspector-A (Stenographer, General Branch) and Assistant Sub-Inspector (District Unit Cadre) require typing at 5,000 key depressions per hour.
