This is a special NCA recruitment: only candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes of the State of Kerala are eligible to apply. This is the second NCA notification for the vacancy that arose from Ranked List No. REC 3-1796/2024 dated 24.10.2025 (Recruitment No. 18/2024). The ranked list prepared under this notification will remain in force until a candidate is advised and appointed against the earmarked vacancy. The place of posting is Ernakulam, Kerala.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes of Kerala must fulfil the following conditions on or before the last date of application:
- Must have passed Plus Two (12th standard) or an equivalent examination.
- Must hold a Diploma in Electronics awarded by a government-recognized institution.
- Must have at least 6 months of work experience as a Telephone Operator or Receptionist, along with experience in computer operations.
- Must be fluent in speaking English, Malayalam and Hindi.
